Registration is now open for the 2026 EMBAC Conference, set for October 11-14 in Los Angeles, California.

EMBAC welcomes both members and non-members who are interested in joining EMBAC to its annual conference.

Both members and non-members will use the EMBAC member portal for registration. You may register and pay by credit card from a secure site or select pay by invoice.

Special incentives

EMBAC offers an economic incentive for early registration: Members who register online and pay before the early registration deadline of 9 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Saturday, August 15, can save $300 off the conference registration fee.

• The 2026 EMBAC Conference registration fee is $1,495 for academic members. As an academic member, if you register by the early bird deadline of August 15, 2026, you pay $1,195 to attend, saving $300.
• Academic non-members pay $2,195 in conference fees, regardless of when they register.
• NOTE: Your conference registration includes breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and lunch on Monday and Tuesday. There is an extra $75 fee for paying by wire.

Conference cancellation policy

Full conference fees will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing no later than August 22, 2026. No refunds will be granted after that time or for "no shows."
