EMBAC – Conference – Registration

Registration is now open for the 2026 EMBAC Conference, set for October 11-14 in Los Angeles, California.

EMBAC welcomes both members and non-members who are interested in joining EMBAC to its annual conference.

Both members and non-members will use the EMBAC member portal for registration. You may register and pay by credit card from a secure site or select pay by invoice.

Academic member registration is $1495
Academic non-member registration is $2195
NOTE: Your conference registration includes breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and lunch on Monday and Tuesday. There is an extra $75 fee for paying by wire.

Conference cancellation policy

Full conference fees will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing no later than August 22, 2026. No refunds will be granted after that time or for "no shows."

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Don’t forget to make your hotel reservations at the conference’s venue, the Biltmore Los Angeles, 506 South Grand Avenue. One of the first greatest hotels in the western U.S., the Biltmore features stunning architecture, as well as historic and current connections to the film industry that include hosting the first Academy Awards and serving as a popular filming location—past and present—for movies and series.

Plan to reserve your hotel room early. EMBAC’s hotel room rate of $230 per night, plus taxes and charges, is available only until the EMBAC block of rooms fills, or until September 18, whichever comes first.
